Focus and Scope

MOS is devoted to publishing theoretical and empirical articles at various levels of analysis in management and organizational studies. Contributors are encouraged to submit original scholarly research papers including but not limited to the following broadly defined topics: performance management, managing change, organizational strategic & succession planning, organizational performance, organizational climate & culture, organizational diagnostics, organizational engineering, inter-organizational networks, collaboration, team building & composition, group development & dynamics, leadership, workplace spirituality, and related fields.

Peer Review Process

We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers’ and authors’ identities remain anonymous. The paper will be reviewed by at least three experts: one editorial staff member and at least two external reviewers. The review process may take four to ten weeks.

2021-2019 Semiannual, published in April and October

2018-2015 Quarterly, published in January, April, July and October

2014 Semiannual, published in February and August

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
