The Inclusion of Religion in Organizations

The aim of this research paper is to understand how organization are religion ready. Face to a world change
regarding terrorism and demographic change, organizations and more precisely companies have to face new cultural
situations. We will present a review of literature on ethnocentrism and multiculturalism to build a qualitative
approach to understand how human resources and representatives react to this phenomenon.
