Evaluating a Nurse-Led Health Policy Summit for Stakeholder Engagement and Policy Discussion

Abstract


Engaging stakeholders in health care policy is important and nurses have play a vital role in the development and advancement of health policy. We describe our successful use of a nurse-led health policy summit to communicate and inform voters, while specifically engaging participants in a dialogue on telehealth. Quantitative program evaluation ratings of the event was >4.0 for the live program.
