Focus and Scope
MOS is devoted to publishing theoretical and empirical articles at various levels of analysis in management and organizational studies. Contributors are encouraged to submit original scholarly research papers including but not limited to the following broadly defined topics: performance management, managing change, organizational strategic & succession planning, organizational performance, organizational climate & culture, organizational diagnostics, organizational engineering, inter-organizational networks, collaboration, team building & composition, group development & dynamics, leadership, workplace spirituality, and related fields.

Peer Review Process
We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers’ and authors’ identities remain anonymous. The paper will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member and at least one external reviewer. The review process may take two to four weeks.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
