Management and Organizational Studies (MOS) is a peer-reviewed journal, published by Sciedu Press. MOS is devoted to publishing theoretical and empirical articles at various levels of analysis in management and organizational studies. Contributors are encouraged to submit original scholarly research papers including but not limited to the following broadly defined topics: strategic management and HRM, performance management, organizational behavior and development, organizational strategic, inter-organizational networks, collaboration, leadership, workplace spirituality, and related fields.
MOS aims to provide a forum for discussion of various issues involved in management and organizations, and provide opportunities for sharing the implications among members of the academics and policy makers.
